About

ideawood is a special place in Pembrokeshire, the heart of wild, west Wales and it’s the result of an ever-evolving dream that continues to unfold. Yes, it is an adult only luxury campsite but is also the home of our design-led business and and where we live with our two boys and lovely dog.

Uniting our love for nature & the outdoors and our passion for creative ideas

We hope to build something good and different here. The plan has been put into action and now you can enjoy a unique countryside experience within the six acres of gardens & woodland. It’s a great base. From here you can explore the magical Welsh coast, swimming, surfing, walking, climbing, cycling or any other ‘ing’ you can think of.

Inspired by nature.

The once neglected, now cherished patch of woodland adjoining our garden is changing. With over 25 years of award-winning design projects under our belt, the time had come for us to return to simpler things: to live, raise our family and work creatively within our immediate, beautiful surroundings. We began by drawing on that beauty and magic of nature with our own range of unusual stationery products with home and interior wares soon following and we found we couldn’t stop – we’re simply too inspired by nature! Most recently our small but special garden ‘glampsite’ provides a place where you can enjoy a unique countryside experience.

Fantastic find :-) such wonderful hosts. Extremely welcoming, helpful with lots of attention to the little details throughout our stay. Accommodation was brilliant, location was amazing. Facilities were of high spec, extremely clean and well maintained. Perfect "bolt hole" for visiting Pembrokeshire. Thinking of booking ? Don't think or look any further book this while u can :-)
